In the second quarter of 2023, the top 5 Film & Television apps on the Android platform in Lebanon showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

ﺷﺎﻫﺪ - Shahid from MBC Group experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting from 34.6K at the end of March and dropping to around 1.8K by the end of June. Weekly revenue also saw a downward trend, peaking at $3.1K in late March and falling to approximately $1.3K by the end of June. Active users decreased from 74.8K at the beginning of the quarter to 31.7K by the end.

Viu: Dramas, TV Shows & Movies from Vuclip Mobile Video had fluctuating download numbers, starting at 6.9K in late March and ending the quarter with around 2.3K. Revenue was minimal, with only a few weeks showing any earnings, peaking at $6. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 38.3K and closing the quarter at 32K.

Netflix maintained consistent downloads throughout the quarter, with numbers hovering around 2.4K to 2.6K per week.
